Job Description
As a Railroad Brake Operator, you will be responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of air brake systems on heavy vehicles. You will conduct pre-trip checks, diagnose faults, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee the operation of air brake systems on heavy vehicles.
Complete necessary paperwork including maintenance logs and incident reports.
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
Provide training and guidance to junior operators as required.
Requirements
Education
Heavy Vehicle Certification
First Aid Certificate (desirable)
Experience
4+ years of experience with heavy vehicle operations
