Prepress Technician

Job Description

As a Prepress Technician, you will play a crucial role in the production process by preparing digital files for print. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all artwork is correctly formatted and adhering to technical specifications. Working closely with designers and printers, you will ensure that the end product meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to prepare files for print.
• Conduct pre-flight checks to ensure all files are suitable for production.
• Work in collaboration with the creative team to make necessary adjustments and corrections.
• Manage the upkeep of prepress equipment ensuring it operates at optimal efficiency.
• Assist the production team with any technical support required during the printing process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

Experience

• Experience in a similar prepress role is preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
