Job Description

As a Claims Adjuster at Top Insurance Group, you'll play a pivotal role in investigating and managing insurance claims. Your responsibilities will include assessing claims to determine their validity, providing support to policyholders, and ensuring timely settlements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a background in insurance or finance.

Responsibilities

• Review insurance policies and determine coverage applicability.
• Gather information from claimants, witnesses, and other relevant parties.
• Assess damages and negotiate settlements with claimants.
• Communicate effectively with policyholders, brokers, and other stakeholders.
• Document all claims-related activities and maintain accurate claim files.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the claims process.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in regular training to improve skills and knowledge relevant to the role.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Professional qualification in insurance, such as ANZIIF or CIP

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in claims management or a related field
