Job Description
We are currently seeking a Maintenance and Repair Worker to join our dedicated team responsible for maintaining hydroelectric equipment. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections of hydroelectric equipment.
Identify and troubleshoot issues within equipment systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve maintenance processes.
Document all maintenance activities and repairs.
Educate junior staff on maintenance best practices.
Participate in safety training and drills.
Assist in planning and executing scheduled maintenance.
Requirements
Education
Certificate IV in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Experience
3+ years of experience in energy sector maintenance roles.
