Responsibilities

• Engage in negotiations with creditors to achieve optimal settlements for clients.
• Assist clients in formulating sustainable debt management strategies.
• Communicate proactively with clients to provide timely updates and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and industry regulations.
• Document all negotiations and maintain comprehensive files for each client.
• Participate in ongoing training and development activities.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments such as sales and marketing.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in debt negotiations or relevant sectors
