As an Office and Administrative Support Worker, also known as a Bank Clerk, you will play a vital role in helping customers navigate their banking needs. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while managing various financial transactions. Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certificate or diploma in banking or a related field (preferred)
  • Banking Software Familiarity with banking software for transactions and record-keeping.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reports and presentations.
  • Customer Service Exceptional ability to engage and support customers effectively.
  • Attention to Detail Strong focus on accuracy in transactions and record-keeping.
  • English (Fluent)

  • Knowledge of anti-money laundering and financial regulations: Awareness of compliance practices and regulatory standards.
