Job Description

As a Press Operator at Company XYZ, you will be responsible for managing the operations of our state-of-the-art printing presses. Your expertise in setting up, operating, and maintaining printing machines will be crucial in delivering high-quality printed materials. Responsibilities

• Control and adjust the printing process to ensure optimal quality.
• Support team efforts to meet production schedules and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges during the printing process.
• Regularly clean and maintain printing plates, rollers, and other tools.
• Collect feedback from quality assurance team to improve processes.
• Build knowledge of various printing technologies and methods.
• Assist in the training of apprentices and new staff.
• Follow up on safety and maintenance documentation.
• Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
• Actively participate in team meetings to share insights and updates.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in printing technology or related field is preferred

Experience

• More than 2 years of experience in a printing environment

Technical Skills

• Advanced printing techniques
• Press control software

Soft Skills

• Analytical skills
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent
