Job Description

The Parachute Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all parachute operations. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to ensure safety and efficiency while coordinating team activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all parachute operations effectively.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and training requirements.
• Lead regular training sessions for parachute operators.
• Monitor and assess equipment condition and safety checks.
• Facilitate customer briefings before jumps.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to promote skydiving experiences.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant aviation qualification

Experience

• 5+ years in a supervisory role within parachuting or related field

Technical Skills

• Experience with risk management
• Familiar with aviation-specific software

Advantageous

• Proficiency in additional languages: Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus.
