Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cooling and Freezing Equipment Operator to manage our advanced freezing machines in a dynamic food production environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the setup and operation of large-scale freezing equipment.
• Work closely with maintenance technicians for machinery upgrades and repairs.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the work area and proper handling of frozen products.
• Participate in regular audits to maintain compliance with HACCP standards.
• Identify potential issues with machinery and report to management.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical qualifications in manufacturing or food safety preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a food production environment preferred
