Job Description

As a Balling Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in our production line by operating our balling machines and ensuring high-quality pellet production. Your attention to detail and mechanical skills will be essential in maintaining efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate the balling machine to compress raw materials into pellets.
• Adjust machine settings based on the type of materials being processed.
• Inspect materials for quality before processing and ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain detailed logs of production activities and machine performance.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues and ensuring machine reliability.
• Participate in safety training and promote a safe working environment.
• Work closely with the operations team to meet production targets efficiently.

Advantageous

• Experience with pellet production: Prior experience in a similar manufacturing role will be advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of chemistry and materials science: Understanding of materials and processes related to pellet production.
