Folder Machine Operator

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Folder Machine Operator to join our dynamic production team. You will be responsible for efficiently operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art folding machines to ensure the production of high-quality paper products. The ideal candidate will possess experience in the manufacturing environment and have a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain folder machine equipment to produce high-quality folding cartons.
• Adjust machine settings to ensure precise measurements and accurate folds.
• Perform quality checks on finished products for compliance with specifications.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and regulations.
• Document production metrics and report discrepancies to management.
• Engage in continuous improvement processes to enhance machine efficiency.
• Work with design teams to ensure product specifications are met.
• Support the maintenance team in troubleshooting mechanical issues.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical or Vocational training in machine operation preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing settings.

Certifications

Languages
