We are seeking motivated and diligent Packers to assist in preparing and packing products for shipment. This hands-on role involves ensuring that items are meticulously packaged, labeled, and organized, supporting our mission to maintain high-quality standards and streamline logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items for shipment by packing and labeling per company standards.
• Conduct quality checks on products to ensure packaging integrity.
• Manage the proper handling of packaging materials and equipment.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to meet daily shipping deadlines.
• Participate in regular training and adhere to safety protocols.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes.
• Provide feedback to supervisors regarding package quality and workflow.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience

• No prior experience required, but experience in a similar role is advantageous.
