Job Description

We are searching for a motivated Pin Chaser to join our vibrant team at our bowling center. The ideal candidate will ensure that all pins are properly set and that the scoring systems function correctly while maintaining clean and safe lanes for our patrons.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for setting and clearing pins after each game.
• Ensure proper functioning of bowling equipment and address any issues.
• Conduct regular cleaning of bowling lanes and equipment.
• Assist guests with any bowling-related inquiries.
• Facilitate a safe environment for all customers.
• Participate in staff training and development programs.
• Work with management to improve operational efficiency.
• Evaluate and report any equipment malfunctions.
• Engage with customers to enhance their overall experience.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a customer service role is advantageous

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior customer service experience.: Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
