Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Athletes and Sports Competitors to join our team. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in competitive sports and a passion for achieving excellence. You will represent our organisation at various competitions and events while inspiring others.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute training schedules tailored to your sport.
• Represent the organization at competitions and events.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote athletics.
• Engage with media and provide interviews to promote our athletes.
• Maintain equipment and ensure its readiness for competition.
• Foster a sportsmanship spirit among fellow competitors.
• Assist in mentoring younger athletes and prospective competitors.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management or related field

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in competitive sports

Technical Skills

• Team Leadership
• Event Coordination

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Resilience

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with coaching techniques: Experience with coaching will be a plus.
• Participation in national level competitions: Experience competing at national level is highly regarded.
