The Entertainment and Recreation Manager will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of various recreational programs and facilities. This role entails overseeing the operations of parks and playgrounds, ensuring they are safe, well-maintained, and engaging for the community.

Responsibilities

• Manage funding applications and grants for recreational projects.
• Implement strategies to engage diverse populations in recreational activities.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on safety and program delivery.
• Coordinate volunteer programs to enhance community involvement.
• Utilize software for planning and managing park services.
• Respond to public inquiries and feedback regarding recreational programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in parks and recreation
