Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Floor Care Specialist responsible for maintaining and preserving floors across various settings such as homes, offices, hospitals, and schools. The successful candidate will perform cleaning, polishing, and buffing tasks on different types of flooring materials, ensuring they remain in pristine condition.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance of floors in various environments.
• Assess the condition of flooring and prepare maintenance plans accordingly.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding floor maintenance needs.
• Utilize floor cleaning and polishing equipment efficiently and responsibly.
• Train new staff on floor care procedures and safety practices.
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting shortages when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Diploma in mechanical engineering or facility maintenance preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a maintenance or cleaning role

Languages
