Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support to end-users in our organisation. The successful candidate will troubleshoot and resolve various hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring optimal operation of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for various IT issues via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Assist end-users with software applications and operating systems.
  • Support network and server infrastructure, ensuring optimal uptime and performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance on IT systems to prevent issues.
  • Document solutions and processes to enhance team knowledge.

Advantageous

  • Experience with ITIL practices: Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management processes.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages: Basic understanding of scripting or coding languages will be an advantage.
