Job Description

Join us as a Tool and Die Maker, where you will contribute to the design and production of precision molds. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver top-notch products for our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

• Construct and maintain molds for various manufacturing applications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams on product development.
• Ensure that all molds are produced to the highest quality standards.
• Troubleshoot mold issues and resolve them efficiently.
• Implement improvements in the manufacturing process.
• Train new team members on best practices in mold making.
• Monitor inventory levels of materials needed for mold production.
• Collaborate with suppliers for materials and equipment.
• Participate in regular safety audits and training.
• Prepare detailed reports on mold maintenance and performance.

Requirements

Education

• Trade qualification in Toolmaking or Mechanical Engineering

Experience

• At least 2-3 years of experience in die-casting and/or plastic molding mold making.
