Responsibilities

• Prepare machines for operation by setting up and adjusting controls based on production requirements.
• Continuously monitor machine operations for quality and efficiency.
• Perform regular inspections of the machinery to prevent breakdowns.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Work closely with quality assurance to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Document production data and report on performance metrics.
• Suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Respond promptly to machine alarms and malfunctions.
• Ensure that all produced items meet quality standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

• Previous experience as a machine operator is advantageous.
