Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled IT Support Technician to join our fantastic team in Gold Coast. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting users with technical queries, and ensuring our IT systems run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, responsive to user needs, with a solid understanding of technical support best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for hardware and software issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for users.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software solutions.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems.
  • Document technical issues and resolutions in a knowledge base.
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees regarding IT procedures.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Participate in IT projects to enhance system performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+)
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or similar role
