Responsibilities

• Monitor IT support requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Implement software updates and security patches.
• Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and manage supplies.
• Support IT asset management processes.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies.
• Verify the proper functioning of backup solutions.
• Participate in team training and development sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in IT or related field
• Additional IT certifications are a bonus

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a tech support role
