Job Description

We are seeking skilled Welders, Cutters, Solderers, and Brazers to join our dedicated team in Sydney. The ideal candidates will have a solid background in metal fabrication, including experience with torch cutting equipment, and a focus on delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine welding techniques to optimize productivity.
• Identify issues in the production process and propose solutions.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on welding and cutting outputs.
• Document repair and maintenance activities as required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Trade certification in Metal Fabrication preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant position

Technical Skills

• Soldering
• Cutting Equipment

Soft Skills

• Reliability
• Communication Skills

Certifications

• Forklift Operation Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Health and Safety knowledge: Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the workplace.
