Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer who can transform complex technical information into user-friendly documents. This role will involve collaborating with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality documentation that meets the needs of our users.

Responsibilities

• Write and update product manuals, installation guides, and help files.
• Develop FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
• Work with graphic designers to enhance documentation with visuals.
• Edit and improve existing documentation for clarity.
• Assist in the development of training materials for new employees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture best practices.
• Manage documentation projects and timelines effectively.
• Participate in user feedback sessions to refine content.
• Mentor junior writers and interns in technical writing best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Information Design, or equivalent

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing
