We are in search of a Technical Writer who is adept at crafting clear and engaging documentation. The role entails creating user guides, technical specifications, and training materials, ensuring that complex technical concepts are conveyed in a user-friendly manner. You will collaborate closely with engineers and product managers, contributing to the development of high-quality content that supports our users and enhances their experience with our products.

Responsibilities

• Research, outline, and develop detailed technical content.
• Create templates for documentation and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
• Facilitate workshops to gather input from cross-functional teams.
• Assist in the development of training materials for internal and external audiences.
• Ensure that all content is indexed correctly for easy retrieval.
• Mentor junior writers and provide guidance on best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communications or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing roles
