Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Manufacture Specialist to take charge of and improve our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills coupled with experience in production planning and scheduling, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Applying finishes to metal surfaces using various techniques, including painting and coating.
• Conducting regular maintenance checks on machinery to prevent downtime.
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety standards in all activities.
• Documenting processes and results in compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Trade certification in metal finishing or equivalent qualifications

Experience

• Proven experience in a similar role is considered an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Power Tool Operation
• Surface Finishing

Soft Skills

• Strong Communication
• Physical Stamina

Advantageous

• Familiarity with CNC machining: Experience working with CNC machines for metal fabrication.
• Previous supervisory experience: Ability to lead and mentor junior staff in a workshop setting.
