Join our team as a Physical Therapist Assistant, where you'll work closely with experienced physiotherapists to enhance patient recovery. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate patients during their treatment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physiotherapy staff to enhance patient outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment interventions accurately.
• Create a welcoming environment for patients to feel comfortable during their sessions.
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans alongside physiotherapists.
• Participate in case conferences to discuss patient needs and care strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (Physiotherapy)
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate

Experience

• Experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is advantageous, but not required.
