Job Description

As a Pediatric Critical Care Nurse, you will provide essential care to infants and children suffering from critical illnesses. Your compassionate approach and nursing expertise will contribute to the well-being of our young patients and their families, working alongside a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care.

Responsibilities

  • Perform assessments and medication administration meticulously.
  • Monitor patients’ vital signs effectively.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to formulate treatment strategies.
  • Assist in diagnostic interventions and accurately interpret outcomes.
  • Offer emotional reassurance to patients and their families.
  • Keep thorough documentation and records.
  • Ensure a safe and hygienic patient environment.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
  • Communicate clearly with families and medical teams.
  • Adhere to all nursing regulations and ethical guidelines.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Certification in Pediatric Nursing or Critical Care, preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with preference for pediatric critical care experience.
