Job Description

We are seeking skilled individuals for the role of Armored Assault Vehicle Crew Member. You will be tasked with operating assault boats, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with team members in high-stakes military operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the operational status of assault boats through routine inspections.
• Provide navigation support during training exercises and real operations.
• Communicate effectively with other crew members and operational staff.
• Monitor weather conditions and make adjustments to operations as necessary.
• Coordinate logistics for the transport of personnel and equipment.
• Prepare and implement maintenance schedules for boats and engines.
• Assist in emergency drills and simulate response scenarios.
• Document and report any incidents or maintenance issues promptly.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Engage in team-building activities to strengthen crew cohesion.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience as an assault boat coxswain or in maritime operations is preferred
