• Perform in-depth analysis of tax compliance and reporting.
• Educate clients regarding changes in tax legislation.
• Develop strategies to enhance audit effectiveness and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Participate in team meetings to review compliance processes and results.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Professional certification like CPA, CA, or CIA preferred
• Attention to detail Exceptional attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong analytical skills Skilled in identifying discrepancies and resolving complex issues.
• Communication skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
• Financial software proficiency Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or MYOB.
• Problem-solving Ability to enforce compliance and analyse problems effectively.
• Independence Ability to manage workload efficiently and work independently.
• English (Fluent)

• Familiarity with tax compliance software: Knowledge of software tools used for tax compliance and auditing.
