Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable Legal Counsel to join our Gold Coast team. This role involves providing expert legal advice, managing compliance and regulatory issues, and working closely with our clients to safeguard their interests. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of corporate law and experience in drafting and reviewing contracts.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on regulatory and compliance issues.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations impacting the business.
• Develop strategies for efficient legal representation.
• Assist in corporate governance and board matters.
• Prepare legal reports on litigation and commercial transactions.
• Facilitate communication between clients and external legal services.
• Lead legal workshops and training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited institution
• Additional certifications in corporate law are a plus.

Experience

• 5+ years in a corporate legal environment
