Job Description
This role involves working in the metallurgical industry to develop, improve, and optimize processes related to metals and alloys. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of materials science and metallurgical engineering principles.
Responsibilities
Perform metallurgical analysis to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
Design and implement quality control procedures to improve product performance.
Work with R&D to develop and test new material applications.
Conduct root cause analysis for production quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
Assist in training staff on metallurgical best practices and safety procedures.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in metallurgical engineering or a related field
