As a Mine Dispatcher, you will be at the heart of our operations, overseeing the effective coordination of vehicles and equipment to enhance productivity and safety within the mine. Your role is crucial in ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and that operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment movement and personnel logistics to guarantee smooth operations.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all dispatch activities.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule repairs on equipment as needed.
• Assist in training new dispatch personnel on protocols and systems.
• Evaluate dispatching software performance and suggest improvements.
• Compile and analyse dispatch data to identify trends and enhance efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational training or certifications

Experience

• Experience in dispatching or logistics in a mining context is preferable
