Job Description

Join our team as a Geothermal Production Manager, where you will lead the operations of geothermal plants, supervise staff, and maintain high standards of safety and efficiency. Your leadership will be key in optimising production and improving processes in line with our sustainability goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operational strategies to ensure efficient geothermal energy production.
  • Supervise plant personnel, mentoring on safety and operational protocols.
  • Schedule and coordinate repairs and maintenance of production equipment.
  • Conduct assessments to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Develop and maintain operational documentation and reporting.
  • Engage in problem-solving to address issues affecting production.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve plant efficiencies.
  • Prepare budgets for operational needs and resource planning.
  • Implement training programs to develop staff skills.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to geothermal operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a similar field
Experience
  • Proven experience in plant management with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
