Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our dynamic team in Coffs Harbour. In this role, you will create clear and concise documentation for our software products, ensuring that complex information is presented in an easily understandable format. You'll collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to generate user manuals, technical guides, and online help resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement documentation processes that improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation meets user needs.
• Utilize feedback from users to refine documentation and enhance user experience.
• Create templates and standards to maintain consistency across documentation.
• Participate in product development phases to create early documentation drafts.
• Identify gaps in existing documentation and proactively propose solutions.
• Contribute to company knowledge base and internal wiki.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Information Technology, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a technical writing role or similar
