Job Description

As a Bench Molder, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, responsible for creating molds for various products using precision techniques. Your attention to detail and knowledge of molding processes will ensure the production of high-quality components.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture molds using precision techniques.
• Conduct inspections to verify mold quality.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams on new product designs.
• Train junior staff on molding processes and machinery.
• Flexibly adapt to different molds and machines as needed.
• Participate in safety assessments to maintain a safe work environment.
• Identify areas for improvement in the molding process.
• Assist in the preparation of mold materials, including cutting and grinding.
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces.
• Manage inventory of mold-making materials.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in mold making or related field

Experience

• Experience in manufacturing or mold making is preferred

Technical Skills

• CNC machine operation
• Foundry processes knowledge

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Attention to safety

Languages

• English: Fluent
