Planishing Press Operator

Job Description

As a Planishing Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating the planishing press machine to produce precise metal components to exact specifications. This role requires keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the planishing press to shape and form metal parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine production requirements.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as necessary for quality and productivity.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleanliness tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure an efficient workflow and effective communication.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing or metalworking environment is advantageous.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
