Your primary responsibilities will include operating and maintaining various filling machines, adhering to strict quality standards, and performing routine checks to guarantee optimal functionality. Responsibilities

• Monitor machine performance to identify any deviations from set parameters.
• Assist in the development of standard operating procedures.
• Conduct routine inspections on machinery to maintain optimal performance.
• Manage the inventory of filling supplies and report shortages.
• Ensure that all equipment is cleaned and sanitized according to hygiene standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and issues.
• Support the production team in achieving daily targets.
• Continuously improve processes by suggesting enhancements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company policies and procedures for safe operation.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical certifications in machinery or manufacturing processes are advantageous.

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or food processing environments.
