We are on the lookout for skilled Shoe Machine Operators and Tenders to join our innovative team in Sydney. Ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail, expertise in various shoe-making machines, and a passion for creating high-quality footwear.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team to develop and implement production schedules.
• Train new team members in machine operation and workplace safety protocols.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and practices.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Diploma in Fashion or Textile Technology is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, especially in footwear production

Technical Skills

• Footwear Construction Techniques
• Fabric Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Footwear Technician

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in high-end fashion footwear production: Background in creating luxury or bespoke footwear products.
• Familiarity with 3D printing technology in shoe manufacturing: Knowledge of using 3D printing to create shoe prototypes.
