As a Metal-Refining Furnace Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process by operating and maintaining oven equipment. You are responsible for ensuring product quality and consistency throughout the baking process.
Responsibilities
Monitor the operation of the furnace to ensure quality production.
Assist in training new staff on equipment safety and operations.
Document production metrics and machine performance.
Collaborate with bakers and quality assurance teams to improve processes.
Conduct regular inspections of oven machinery.
Provide input on improvements to production techniques and equipment.

Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Technical Certification in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in food production environments.
