Metal-Refining Furnace Operator

Job Description

As a Metal-Refining Furnace Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process by operating and maintaining oven equipment. You are responsible for ensuring product quality and consistency throughout the baking process.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the operation of the furnace to ensure quality production.
• Assist in training new staff on equipment safety and operations.
• Document production metrics and machine performance.
• Collaborate with bakers and quality assurance teams to improve processes.
• Conduct regular inspections of oven machinery.
• Provide input on improvements to production techniques and equipment.
• Adhere to operational protocols and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical Certification in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in food production environments.
