We are seeking dedicated Pourers and Casters to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and pouring molten metal into molds to create complex components and parts. Your expertise will ensure the highest quality standards while adhering to safety protocols, contributing to our mission of environmental sustainability. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in metal casting and a strong understanding of environmental considerations in the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials and equipment for the casting process.
• Monitor the cooling and solidification of castings to ensure quality.
• Assist in the development of new casting techniques to improve production.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Engage in safety training and promote a safety-first culture in the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in foundry operations is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in metal casting or related fields
