Job Description

As a Green End Man, you will play a vital role in our production team, focusing on operating the green end of our manufacturing line. This includes the critical stages of debarking and chipping, alongside collaboration with maintenance and quality control teams.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and operate the machinery involved in debarking, chipping, and pulping.
  • Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on all equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations.
  • Engage actively with team members to promote a conducive working environment.
  • Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
  • Document production activities and maintain records for compliance and reporting.
  • Support the quality control team during inspections and audits.
  • Participate in continuous training and skill development programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Certifications in Manufacturing or Engineering technology preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the pulp and paper industry.
