Job Description

Seeking a skilled Cutting and Slicing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to join our team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of cutting and slicing machinery used in aviation services.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of cutting and slicing machines.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs when required.
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality.
• Document all operational activity and machinery downtime.
• Train on and implement safety standards across the facility.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to improve operational efficiency.
• Support inventory checks and material handling as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in relevant machine operations is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in machine operation.

Languages
