Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Truck Bracer who will ensure trucks are efficiently loaded and cargo is secured for transport. The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure cargo according to company safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of cargo restraints and loading gear.
• Track cargo during transportation to ensure safety and compliance.
• Document and log all relevant cargo loading information.
• Engage in team-based problem-solving to handle loading challenges.
• Monitor weight distribution to ensure vehicle stability.
• Support training of new team members on loading procedures.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to streamline loading processes.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
