Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic tests and determinations for dental diseases.
  • Collaborate with dental assistants to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Manage and purchase dental supplies and equipment.
  • Participate in community outreach programs promoting oral health.
  • Provide emergency dental care as required.
  • Foster a friendly and inviting atmosphere for patients.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments and monitor patient recovery.
  • Engage in continued professional development.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families about procedures.
  • Supervise dental hygienists and support staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Dentistry or related field
  • Membership in ADA is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of practice in a relevant dental setting preferred
