• Monitor and evaluate treatment effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.
• Maintain accurate, detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare policies.

• Advocate for patient-centered care and best practices in the nursing profession.

Requirements

Education

• Master's in Nursing Practice
• Bachelor of Nursing

Experience

• At least 4 years of experience in a Nurse Practitioner role.

Technical Skills

• Primary Healthcare
• Chronic Disease Management

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse License
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Specialization in Pediatrics or Geriatrics: Specialization in either Pediatrics or Geriatrics will be advantageous.
• Leadership Experience: Experience in a leadership position within a clinical environment.
