As a Marina Porter, your role is pivotal in assisting boaters with docking, maintaining the marina's cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service to visitors. You will ensure the smooth running of operations at the marina while collaborating with various teams to enhance guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for boaters and provide assistance.
• Help maintain the marina's cleanliness and operational efficiency.
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Collaborate with the marina team to enhance visitor experiences.
• Participate in training on safety and emergency procedures.
• Educate visitors on the marina’s services and features.
• Assist with maintenance and repairs when necessary.
• Contribute to a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
• Monitor dock security and report unusual activities.
• Support fellow staff members in daily operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience working in a marina or boating environment preferred.

• First Aid/CPR certification
• Boating license

Languages
