Hot Air Furnace Installer

Job Description

As a Hot Air Furnace Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining hot air furnaces for both commercial and residential clients. Your role will involve collaborating with clients and your team to ensure the efficient and safe operation of heating systems.

Responsibilities

• Install and service hot air furnaces for a diverse range of clients.
• Ensure all installations meet industry codes and standards.
• Assist in training junior technicians on installation procedures.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot heating systems.
• Collaborate with other trades such as electricians and plumbers.
• Provide clients with after-service support for their heating systems.
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.
• Participate in ongoing training to remain certified and knowledgeable in the HVAC field.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in HVAC technology is preferred

Experience

• Experience in hot air furnace installation is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Experience with furnace automation
• Knowledge of energy efficiency practices

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Customer service orientation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with commercial furnace installations: Hands-on experience with larger scale commercial installations.
• Knowledge of modern furnace technologies: Familiarity with innovative solutions for heating systems.
