Job Description

We are currently seeking a meticulous Stapling Machine Operator to join our Melbourne team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating stapling machines to bind a variety of printed materials. You will ensure product quality, maintain equipment, and collaborate with our production team to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain stapling machines to bind printed materials.
• Conduct quality checks on products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of machines.
• Manage the inventory of materials and supplies.
• Interpret job specifications and adjust machines accordingly.
• Document production outputs and machine settings.
• Diagnose and address mechanical issues.
• Ensure a safe and organized work environment.
• Work alongside other production staff to achieve production targets.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience operating machinery in a production environment is highly desirable.
