Rolling Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender

Job Description

As a Rolling Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining our embossing tools during the manufacturing process. You will collaborate closely with production technicians to ensure the highest levels of efficiency and quality in our products.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and configure embossing tools before production runs.
• Conduct inspections to assess the quality of embossed products.
• Assist in developing best practices for tool setup and maintenance.
• Document operational procedures for embossing processes.
• Adhere to production schedules and report any delays.
• Work closely with quality control to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss process improvements.
• Support the production team during peak operation times.
• Utilize CAD/CAM software to assist in tool setup.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Manufacturing or similar technical field

Experience

• Experience in the printing and packaging industry is advantageous

Technical Skills

• CAD/CAM software experience
• Experience with embossing presses

Soft Skills

• Teamwork

Certifications

• Safety and Compliance Training

Languages

• English: Fluent
