Job Description
We are on the lookout for an experienced Passenger Vessel Chef who is passionate about creating memorable dining experiences. You will be responsible for menu planning and executing exceptional meals for passengers aboard our vessel.
Responsibilities
Design menus tailored to specific passenger needs and preferences.
Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and quality standards.
Supervise kitchen operations to ensure efficient service.
Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Implement food safety and hygiene practices in the kitchen.
Handle customer inquiries and special requests for meals.
Maintain inventory records and ensure proper storage of food items.
Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate new techniques into menus.
Requirements
Education
Diploma in Culinary Arts or relevant field
Experience
Experience in a maritime or hospitality industry is highly desirable
