Job Description

As a Computer, Automated Teller, and Office Machine Repairer, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining office equipment. The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills and a customer-focused approach, providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct repairs on a variety of office machines including computers and ATMs.
  • Identify and resolve technical problems efficiently.
  • Maintain inventory of spare parts and materials.
  • Communicate effectively with clients about service issues and solutions.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss service improvements.
  • Train junior technicians as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
  • Prepare reports on service quality and customer feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience repairing office machinery
